With over 18 years of real estate experience, Jana Martin was destined to be in the world of real estate. Her real estate career started with the largest resort developer in the world at the time, Intrawest. Her role evolved as an Operations Director. She was responsible for the proper execution of $500 Million in real estate contracts across the US and Mexico, representing Intrawest as a California licensed broker. Present day, Jana is an active Colorado and North Carolina real estate Broker living in Crested Butte, Colorado.

Jana was born with a positive outlook, love for the outdoors and has a high-energy personality perfect for building relationships and delivering results. Those traits paired with her passion for life, aptitude for success, social savviness and expertise of her craft led her to transfer her skills from resort real estate to residential real estate in 2018. As a highly motivated Realtor, Jana has built her business with class and focus, emphasizing the importance of relationships, and exceeding her client’s expectations. With two kids, she is also heavily involved in the school leadership, sports and events.

Throughout her life, Jana has found inspiration in adventure, travel and investing in real estate. She’s moved from Alabama to California, Arizona to Nevada, North Carolina to Colorado, appreciating all the diverse terrain those states offer. Whether it is the Gulf Coast or Sierra Nevada Mountains, Camelback Mountain or Mount Rose, Blue Ridge Mountains or Mount Crested Butte, Jana’s curiosity and zest for life have taken her there. Her adventurous spirit has led her to some amazing, inspirational locations all over the United States. Jana is devoted and passionate to her clients and their real estate goals. As a homeowner and real estate investor of multiple residential properties, herself, she understands the process and provides expert negotiation tempered with a caring demeanor.

When not searching, showing, or closing homes for her clients, Jana is most content being with her husband, Chad, and their two children, Summer and Zane.
