Jana Martin has over 18 years of experience in the real estate industry. She began her career with Intrawest, the largest resort developer in the world at the time. As an Operations Director, she was responsible for the proper execution of $500 Million in real estate contracts across the US and Mexico on behalf of Intrawest.

Jana is a licensed broker in Colorado and North Carolina. She has a positive outlook on life, loves building relationships, and delivers results with her high-energy personality. Her social savviness and expertise make her an excellent real estate professional.

Jana has always been inspired by adventure, travel and real estate investing. She’s lived in many places during her early real estate career days, appreciating the diverse terrain that each of her states had to offer – from the Gulf Coast to the Sierra Nevada Mountains, Camelback Mountain to Mount Rose, Blue Ridge Mountains to Mount Crested Butte. Her adventurous spirit has led her to some amazing and inspirational locations all over America.

Jana is devoted and passionate to her clients and their real estate goals. When she’s not closing deals, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children. Jana loves being active outdoors, whether it’s hiking, biking, snowboarding or serving with Crested Butte Community school.
